CERTIFIED REFLEXOLOGY HEALTH PRACTITIONER:
The Certified Reflexology Health Practitioner (C.R.H.P.) programme is designed for the individual who desires working with clients in a very specialised manner.
This course of study emphasizes Reflexology and is ideal for those who desire a career in Reflexology - and for holistic practitioners or aestheticians who wish to add Reflexology to their existing practice as a complementary therapy.
REFLEXOLOGY AND FOOT CARE
INTRODUCTION:
Reflexology is a science which deals with the principle that there are reflex points in the feet which relate to and reflect every organ and all parts of the body. Proper stimulation of these reflexes can directly influence the health of the corresponding organ or body part.. Reflexology can be used effectively to assist healing and maintain well being.
SUBJECT:
This is a Certification course in Reflexology and is a required credit towards the C.N.H.P., Holistic Health Practitioner and C.R.H.P programmes.
OBJECTIVE:
To train the therapist to assess and assist the patient to heal him/herself through foot and hand Accupressure techniques.

LENGTH OF STUDY:
This is a 2 Semester course conducted during the 'school year', beginning in the months of September, January and April.
CLASS TIME:
Approximately 3-6 hours per Week - with some weekend hours required for Special Interest Courses. While study time varies, 3 hours per week is recommended.
DIPLOMAS:
Diplomas will be awarded upon completion of this course with an 'acceptable pass' mark or better - on both theoretical and practical Exams. In addition, proof of current First Aid qualification - either from the Institute of Aromatherapy or elsewhere (such as the Red Cross) - must be provided. The Diploma registers you with Institute of Aromatherapy and may be applied toward a Canadian Designation, Canadian or International Certification, or Memberships.
