Crystals exhibit a perfect molecular structure in creation. They have been used for thousands of years in spiritual and healing traditions all over the world.
This workshop is a beginning exploration of crystals as a therapeutic tool for healing of the self and others.
Some of the uses of crystals are to enhance meditation aand visualization, to aid in dreaming, protection and healing.
During the workshop, one will have a through intorduction in the basic properties of crystals, the ancient and modern uses of them, how to care for them and how to use them in practical ways. Clear quartz crystals as well as coloured crystals and gems will be discussed. Practical exercises will be presented throughout the workshop.
