INTRODUCTION

Reiki is the ancient Japanese hands-on healing art which connects you with your inner healing ability. Reiki works on the premise that each of us knows more about our healing than anyone else, and complements any other form of healing. 

SUBJECT

The individual is initiated into a more empowering expansion of Reiki energy. Ancient Reiki symbols are learned, applications and use of them are discussed. There is a focus upon mental/emotional healing methods and tools for distant healing are introduced and practised.
