Registration
To enquire about or to register for any of the programs contact us by any of the following options:
By Phone: 416 698 5850. Office hours are 10am - 5pm Tuesday to Saturday.
In person: Meet with the Administrator by appointment.
Mail: Complete and send in the registration form with your deposit. Please make all cheques payable to "Jan Benham School of Holistic Studies". We will call you to confirm your registration.

Things to know
Pre-registration is necessary for all programs.
Payment is by cash, Money order, Cheque/s, Visa, Mastercard, Amex or automatic transfer (debit card).
Classes fill quickly - so register early to avoid disappointment.
A non- refundable deposit is required to reserve your space.
The school reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment.
Registrants will be notified by phone 3 dayss ahead of time.
The school reserves the right to make minor curriculum changes to courses, if necessart. Instructors also may change.
All course material provided by the school is copyrighted and cannot be copied or reproduced.
Payment plans
Payment plans are available, and can be arranged for most programs to suit your financial situation and include the following criteria:
Plan A: Payment in full (for courses valued at $4,000 and up, you will receive a starter kit of essential oils value $150.
Plan B: 2 equal semester payments, this applies to the CNHP, HHP and RAHP courses.
Plan C: 6 equal monthly payment plans.
Plan D: Customized payment plan.
An administration charge of $100 is payable on payment plans B, C and D
NSF cheques will be subject to a minimum $25 without exception.
Financial assistance
Students may qualify for the Human resources Development Canada HRDC or the ODSP.
Deposit Required
The following non-refundable deposits are required to hold your space for the course that you are registered for:
Part time career courses (CRHP and RAHP) - $500.
Full time Holistic programs (CNHP and HHP) - $750.
Special interest courses - $50.
On the career courses (CRHP, RAHP, HHP and CNHP), 25% must be put down before the commencement of any classes.
Tax deductions for Career Courses
As the school is recognized by the Federal Ministry of Human Resources, Govt. of Canada, tuition for the career training programs are income tax deductible.
Refund Policy
All course fees once paid, either in full or by payment plans are non-refundable.
If you need to withdraw, your deposit will be held for one year as a credit for future course work, less a $50 administration fee.
